I'm an experienced runner who is passionate about being active, healthy, and balanced in life. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in beginning to run, in achieving their next goal race or pace, or are simply open to exploring new distances. I focus on building commitment, offering support and guidance, and fostering a love of running.
